A 33-year-old man from Beckenham, Perth, has been charged with eight offences, including Obscene Acts in public and indecent dealings with a child under 13. The man allegedly began offending in March and targeted department stores in various Perth suburbs, where he exposed himself or committed obscene acts in front of teenage girls. Police found cannabis in his car during his arrest in Maddington. He is scheduled to appear before the Fremantle Magistrates Court today.
