A Danish study of over 4,000 adults has found that Higher Levels of Vitamin K are associated with Healthier Lungs. The study found that people with higher levels of the vitamin were less likely to have asthma, wheezing, and other lung conditions. The NHS recommends adults consume around 1 microgram of vitamin K for every kilogram of weight, which is equivalent to about one portion of greens daily. The researchers suggest that further research is needed to determine if vitamin K supplementation could benefit those with lung disease.
