Two men have been Arrested in connection with the death of a Baby Boy in Blackpool. The baby was taken to the hospital in an "unresponsive" state and died there on July 27. A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, while a 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing and allowing the death of a child and child neglect. Both men have been released on conditional bail while further investigations are underway. The cause of the baby's death is still under investigation.
