The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of the Jharkhand Police has conducted 230 raids across the state in a two-week crackdown against organized criminal gangs. They have arrested 17 criminals, including shooters and those involved in collecting levy. A list of 338 people suspected to be associated with criminal activities was forwarded for close monitoring. The police recovered a significant amount of cash, vehicles, mobile phones, sim cards, and weapons from the criminals. The police aim to continue their operations with zero tolerance for crime and criminals, and the Chief Minister and DGP have emphasized the need to tighten the noose on criminal gangs.
