World Judo Masters Hungary 2023: Buchard take home gold for France

Japan's judoka won three Gold medals at the World Judo Masters in Hungary, while Canadian Jessica Klimkait secured her first ever Masters gold. Budapest has now officially hosted every level of event on the World Judo Tour, making it a second home for Judo. Koga Wakana won gold in the -48kg category, Nagayama Ryuju won gold in the -60kg category, and Buchard from France won gold in the -52kg category. Ryoma Tanaka also won gold in the -66kg category, and Jessica Klimkait won gold in the -57kg category, her first ever World Judo Masters gold.
