University of Idaho suspect Bryan Kohberger’s alibi claims he was ‘out driving alone’ on night of killings

Attorneys for Bryan Kohberger, the suspect in the killing of four University of Idaho students, have released his alibi in court documents. They claim that Kohberger was driving alone on the night of the murders. The victims were found stabbed to death on November 13, 2022, at a home in Moscow. One of the surviving housemates reported hearing voices and seeing a masked figure walking out of the house. Kohberger has pleaded not guilty to four counts of murder, and if convicted, prosecutors will seek the death penalty. The defense plans to use cross-examination to challenge the state's witnesses.
