Saudi Arabia to extend voluntary 1-million-barrel-per-day crude oil production cut into September

Saudi Arabia will continue its voluntary 1-million-barrel-per-day crude Oil Production Cut into September, marking the third consecutive month of declines. The country's production for September 2023 is expected to be around 9 million barrels per day. The cut, which was also implemented in July and August, may be extended or deepened. Additionally, some members of OPEC are implementing a total of 1.66 million barrels per day of voluntary production declines until the end of 2024.
