Kmart is urgently recalling a baby chair due to fears that poor stitching could lead to a choking hazard. The Australian Competitor and Consumer Commission (ACCC) stated that the chair's mirror could break free and be swallowed, posing a risk of choking or suffocation for young children. The ACCC advised parents to stop using the product immediately and refunds will be offered at Kmart.
