Summer McIntosh wins gold in 400m IM, becomes only Canadian swimmer with 4 world titles

Summer McIntosh, a 16-year-old swimmer from Toronto, won her second gold medal at the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka, Japan. She won the women's 400-meter individual medley final, making her the only Canadian Swimmer with four world titles. McIntosh finished with a time of four minutes, 27.11 seconds, which is the third-fastest time in history. She also won the women's 200-meter butterfly and successfully defended her world title in that event. McIntosh later anchored Canada's women's 4x100-meter medley relay team to a bronze-medal win.
