A Phoenix man, Ervin Gonzalez, was hospitalized after getting stuck in a chimney while attempting to break into a home where someone had a court order against him. The incident occurred on July 28th, and the Phoenix Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene. Firefighters were able to monitor Gonzalez and provide him with water until they were able to retrieve him using a harness and rope.
