Cambodian authorities are investigating opposition activists who Spoiled their ballots in protest against the exclusion of the Candlelight Party from the parliamentary election. Police have detained several people and threatened legal action against anyone posting photos of spoiled ballots. Prime Minister Hun Sen has demanded that activists publicly apologize.
