At least 12 people have died and dozens Injured after a four-storey building collapsed in Douala, Cameroon. The cause of the collapse is still unknown, but it appears that the taller building fell onto a smaller one. Emergency Services are still at the scene and the death toll may rise as rescue workers search the remains of the two apartment blocks. Local residents reported that the incident occurred around midnight, but it took several hours for emergency services to arrive. One hospital has treated 13 cases and recorded two deaths, including a three-year-old girl and a 19-year-old girl.
