A Body believed to be that of a 2-year-old girl, Matilda Sheils, who went missing during a flash flood in Pennsylvania, has been found in the Delaware River. The girl's 9-month-old brother, Conrad, is still missing. The children's mother, Katie Seley, and several others were also killed in the flood.
