The exhibition aims to move away from sexualized stereotypes and showcase contemporary works by 18 Black women and non-binary artists. The show includes both old and new depictions of Black women, with 19th-century engravings depicting Saartjie Baartman, and more contemporary works portraying Black women as icons and representing modern life. The exhibition runs until September 24 and features over 40 contemporary photographs.
