Carlee Russell, a 25-year-old woman from Alabama, disappeared after pulling over on the shoulder of a highway to help a child. Surveillance footage captured the moment she stopped on I-459 in Hoover and called 911 to report the child. While on the phone with her brother's girlfriend, Russell screamed before the call abruptly ended. The video also shows a bright yellow light that some believe could be an ATV used by possible captors. Police are examining the footage, and a $50,000 reward has been offered for Russell's safe return.
