Hun Sen deletes Twitter post linking Thai election to Cambodian opposition

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen has deleted a Twitter post in which he attempted to link the failure of a Thai politician to become the next Thai prime minister to the Cambodian opposition. Hun Sen suggested that if the Thai politician had been successful, exiled Cambodian opposition activists would have used Thai territory to campaign against the Cambodian government. The post received angry online comments before being removed. Hun Sen later posted a message stating that he respected the decision of the Thai people and would not interfere in Thailand's internal affairs.
