Cessna plane crash near Southern California airport kills all 6 people aboard

Six people were killed when a Cessna plane crashed and caught fire during a second landing attempt at a Southern California Airport in foggy conditions. The crash occurred in Murrieta, about 80 miles southeast of Los Angeles. The victims have not been identified. The plane had departed from Las Vegas and crashed during its second approach to French Valley Airport. Poor visibility was reported before the crash, and weather conditions were worsening. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash, and a preliminary report is expected in about 15 days. This is the second fatal crash at the airport this week.
