Warren, who was once on the Sunday Times Rich List with an estimated fortune of £300 million, was detained in Boldon Colliery, South Tyneside. The NCA arrested a 60-year-old man on suspicion of multiple breaches of a Serious Crime Prevention Order, believed to be Warren.
