$500K offered 26 years after Australian woman found dead beneath cliff

The government of Queensland, Australia, is offering a $500,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case of Meaghan Louise Rose, a 25-year-old woman who was found dead at the base of Point Cartwright Cliffs in 1997. Although her death was initially deemed non-suspicious, new details have emerged that suggest potentially suspicious circumstances, including a life insurance policy taken out prior to her death. Authorities are appealing to members of the community who knew Rose at the time of her death for any information, and the reward also offers indemnity against prosecution for any accomplice.
