The California Court of Appeal has cleared the way for choreographer Wade Robson to sue Michael Jackson’s corporation, MJJ Productions, for allegedly molesting him when he was between the ages of seven and 14 at the Neverland Ranch. The company had argued that it had no legal duty to protect Robson or anyone else from Jackson because it had no ability to control him. Robson had previously testified that he slept in Jackson’s bed with the singer but said nothing happened, however, he changed his story in 2013. Another man, James Safechuck, has filed a similar lawsuit against MJJ Productions.
