The warning came after an army soldier was injured in a shooting incident on Sunday. Singh also appealed to armed Meitei people not to attack and to maintain peace. More than 100 people have died in ethnic violence between Meitei and Kuki communities in Manipur that broke out over a month ago. Army and paramilitary forces have been deployed in the state to restore peace.
