FIFA has created an anti-racism taskforce with Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior as a member. FIFA president, Gianni Infantino, announced the initiative during a meeting with the Brazilian Football Confederation ahead of Brazil's friendly against Guinea on Saturday. Infantino said referees must stop games in the event of racism or discrimination on the pitch, and action must be taken at every level. The taskforce was formed after the Real Madrid winger was racially abused by Valencia supporters in May. The Spanish authorities issued stadium bans and fines to the guilty parties.
