A new Poll conducted by Marist College found that views of former President Donald Trump's Federal Indictment are divided along party lines. Lee Miringoff, the director of the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion, said that Democrats and Republicans view Trump's indictment differently, with a large majority of Democrats believing he should be indicted, while Republicans are split on the issue. The poll also found that a majority of Americans believe that Trump should testify under oath in the ongoing investigations into the January 6th Capitol insurrection.
