John Fru Ndi, founder and leader of Cameroon's main opposition party, the Social Democratic Front (SDF), has died at the age of 81. Fru Ndi challenged President Paul Biya in three presidential elections and was known for advocating for a federal solution to the conflict in the country's Anglophone regions.
