Manipur Health Minister Sapam Ranjan has said there are no reports of violence in the state since Friday morning, during a press conference aimed at addressing ongoing unrest. He revealed plans to offer a moratorium of six months or more for bank loans, as well as efforts to ensure medical college students can continue their courses through a model for virtual classes. Over 50,000 individuals are being housed in 349 Relief Camps, with a focus on vulnerable groups including pregnant women, lactating mothers, children and the elderly. Ranjan also confirmed the recovery of almost 1,000 of the 4,537 arms previously looted.
