The Delhi High Court upheld the dismissal of a woman from service for submitting a Forged document to her employer. The woman was given a show cause notice in 2009 after it was revealed that she had submitted a forged certificate of passing a class 8 exam. The high court said that the woman was guilty of suppression of material facts and documents from this court and had wrongly contended that she came to know about the disciplinary proceedings only subsequently. The charges against the woman were proven and she was rightly dismissed from service.
