Oklahoma's $32.5 million package to clear its waitlist was the largest-ever funding increase in the history of the state's Department of Human Services. Beth Scrutchins, director of the state's Developmental Disabilities Services, is hoping to have the entire waitlist cleared within 18 to 24 months. The Community Waiver allows children to receive up to $12,360 of services per year. Eligible adults can receive up to $18,540 of services per year.
