Chokehold killed man attacked by NYC subway passengers, coroner says

Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old black man, died after three Subway Passengers restrained him with a chokehold and one of them kept him pinned until he stopped breathing. The man who restrained Neely, a U.S. Marine veteran, was not charged.
