Witnesses said a top local Police officer shot a man during a raid on an illegal cock fight, but police later said that the gunshot came from an accidental discharge - which angered the victim's family. After the shooting, a group of people and journalists stopped the Deputy Police Chief, Seang Bunnal, and he was detained and later released. The deputy police chief is still being investigated and the case hasn't been sent to court officials yet.
