Achmed Mitaev, a 23-year-old Chechen immigrant, created a TikTok account called "The Chechen and the Cop" in order to show that the Chechen community can be helpful and constructive members of their societies. His videos involve him meeting up with a police officer and reading a question from a user, and the officer responding with honest and brutal honesty. The goal of the project is to break down the walls between law enforcement and those who fear them the most.
