Moose Jaw, Sask., to be 1st Canadian host of World Para Ice Hockey Championship

The World Para Ice Hockey Championship is coming to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, in May, and it is an event that is sure to excite sports enthusiasts. Canada will be playing in Group A with Czechia, Korea, and the United States, and the top two teams will advance to the semifinal round. China, Germany, Italy, and Norway are also in the group. The United States is the two-time defending world champion, and Canada has four first-place finishes and the highest overall medal count in the tournament. The tournament is scheduled to start on May 28 and will go until June 4. Tickets go on sale on March 29, and the first game is scheduled for May 29 against Korea.
