Rudolph Isley Sues Brother Ronald Over Rights to ‘The Isley Brothers’ Trademark

Rudolph Isley, one of the founding members of the legendary R&B group The Isley Brothers, has filed a lawsuit against his younger brother, Ronald, accusing him of illegally taking over rights to the band's trademark. According to the lawsuit, Ronald applied for and was granted exclusive rights to use "The Isley Brothers" name for music and animation recordings in August, but Rudolph claims he should have been given a share of the profits. Ronald has not responded to requests for comment.
