Puerto Rican Town Goes Solar as It Adapts to Climate Change

The Town of Salomé Ramírez, located in a mountainous region of Puerto Rico, has gone solar as the island adapts to climate change. The town was hit hard by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, and is looking for ways to combat the impact of climate change. The solar town is a community initiative that began in 2016 and is composed of 60 homes.
