US blacklists 28 more Chinese firms

The US Department of Commerce has added 28 more Chinese and three Burmese entities to its export blacklist, accusing them of supplying security equipment to the militaries of Iran and Myanmar and helping to promote Beijing's "military modernization." The entities are now subject to strict licensing requirements if they want to sell goods to the US.
