IAEA chief heads to Tehran, as Iran’s 83.7% enrichment triggers alarm  

The International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) Rafael Grossi is scheduled to arrive in Tehran late Friday for talks on the Islamic Republic's nuclear activities. The visit comes as nuclear talks hit a stalemate with the West, and warnings from the Iaea that Iran's uranium enrichment is closer to weapons-grade levels have prompted Iranian authorities to shrug off Western worries. Grossi's talks are reportedly focused on requesting a meeting with hard-line President Ebrahim Raisi.
