Police have charged Kwong Kau, 65, with the murder of 28-year-old Abby Choi, a Hong Kong Model. Kwong was a police detective before he resigned in 2004 amid an allegation of sexual assault. Kwong is also accused of dismembering Choi's body and cooking her body parts into soup. The motive for the murder appears to be a dispute over property.
