ID Cabasa whose real name is Olumide Ogunade. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria, on 29 July 1975 to a family of four children, he is the third child. ID Cabasa is a Nigerian Record producer and Record executive. He is the founder of Coded Tunes, his record label where he worked with many notable music artists across Africa which include; Olamide, 9ice, 2Shotz, Reminisce, Lord of Ajasa, Ajayi Brovas, 2Phat, Seriki and Banky W.

ID Cabasa started doing music by the side when he was a teenager way back in the late 80s in St Finbarrs college Akoka. He attended Lagos State University where he studied Economics before he proceeded for his Master’s degree in Management Economics from the University of Lagos.
He began doing music professionally around 2003 after he graduated from Lagos State University. ID Cabasa worked in the banking sector for a while before he left to fully focus on music production.

In 2007, ID Cabasa married his wife Sijuade Ogunade.
