I moved into an apartment but about a month later

 Oklahoma, landlord-tenant.

I Moved into an Apartment but about a month later, was asked to break the lease by the property manager(PM) d/t my daughter's ESA. After move out, I was only given part of the security deposit. PM stated there were damages to apartment that were already repaired prior to moved in. The damage consists of broken blinds and a wall that was poorly patched up prior to move in, but it was patched up none the less. This was not pointed out to PM because the wall had already been repaired prior to move in. I have a video of the apartment prior to move in and another video of the apartment once we moved out showing apartment in good condition. I also have a picture taken 2 days after we moved in showing the patched up wall. Since then, I have been in contact w/ PM and I have requested copies of the receipt showing the actual cost to replace the blinds. I never received copies of the actual receipt even though I've asked multiple times. I also have a recorded conversation with the PM when asked what the guidelines are for breaking lease and we were told we would get our entire deposit back. No other stipulations were mentioned by PM. Can I file in small claims and can I request court costs? And would I have enough evidence to present in this case and win?
