The late Dr. Sikiru Ayinde Barrister was a Nigerian Fuji musician and one of the pioneers of the genre. He is widely regarded as the founder of Fuji music, having created a unique blend of traditional Yoruba music and Islamic music in the 1960s. He passed away in 2010, leaving behind a legacy that continues to influence the Nigerian music industry.
