Jorge Argüelles, former federal deputy
Víctor Mercado Salgado, Coordinator of Advisors in Morelos
Juan Ángel Flores Bustamante, mayor of Jojutla, Morelos

However, after the vote by the Morelos State Council, there were only four finalists in this race, which are:
