In today’s fast-paced world, it’s common to forget your mobile Number, especially when you have a newly purchased Stc Sim Number or haven’t used it in a while.

Dialling *150# in your dialler

One of the easiest and most convenient ways to check your STC SIM number is by dialling a specific code.

I use this almost every time whenever I get a new SIM or my relatives on Umrah or Visit Visa forgets their number.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the dialler on your phone where you have STC SIM.
  2. Dial *150# and press the call button.
  3. A menu will appear on your screen, prompting you to select your preferred language. Press 2 for English.
  4. Within seconds, your STC phone number will be displayed on the screen as a flash message.

It’s important to note that this method is free and doesn’t require any balance on your SIM card.

Just make sure your STC SIM is active and you have sufficient signal strength.

Send a 9988 Code to 900

Another way to check your STC SIM number is by sending a USSD code in an SMS to 900.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open the messaging app on your STC phone.
  2. Compose a new SMS and enter the code 9988.
  3. Send the SMS to the number 900.
  4. Shortly after sending the message, you will receive a message displaying your STC phone number.

This method also doesn’t require any balance on your SIM card and is free of charge.

Send a “Please Call Me” Message to a Friend or Relative

If you’re running low on balance, you can use the STC “Please Call Me” service to request a friend to call you.

So, in that case, once your message is sent, they can see your number and you’ll know the number eventually.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the messaging app on your STC phone.
  2. Compose a new SMS and enter the code *177*mobile number of the person you want to call you#.
  3. Send the SMS to activate the “Please Call Me” service.
  4. Your friend will receive a message with your request and your STC number will be displayed on their screen.

This service can be used in an emergency as well.

You can send a maximum of 10 “Please Call Me” messages per day, and this service is free as long as your SIM card is active.

Check STC Number through CITC Portal

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) provides a convenient way to check your STC number by using Nafath on their website.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Visit the CITC website.
  2. Sign in using Nafath after entering your Iqama number.
  3. Once logged in, you will be able to view all the phone numbers registered under your Iqama.

Please note: This method requires you to have an active Absher account and accurate Nafath.

Call 900 (STC Helpline)

If you prefer a more direct approach, you can call the STC helpline and speak to a customer service representative who can assist you in checking your STC SIM number.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Dial 900 from your STC phone.
  2. Listen to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and follow the prompts until you are connected to a customer care agent.
    • Usually, you have to press 1, 9, 2 and 6 at the end to transfer your call to the agent.
  3. Inform the agent that you have forgotten your SIM/phone number.
  4. They will verify your identity by asking for personal details, such as the SIM owner’s name and date of birth.
  5. Once your identity is confirmed, they will provide you with your STC phone number.

The helpline is available 24/7, so you can call anytime for assistance.

Visit the Service Centre

If you prefer face-to-face interaction, you can visit the nearest STC sales and service centre to inquire about your STC SIM number.

  1. Go to Google Maps.
  2. Search “STC Service centres nearby“.
  3. Change the type to “Distance”.
  4. Select the nearest centre.

Call to yourself

If you have another phone available, you can make a call from your STC SIM card to another phone and check the caller ID to see your STC number.

This method is effective if you have multiple phones or if you can borrow a friend’s phone temporarily.

Also, it requires balance.

Still have the Contract Form?

If you have a post-paid or data SIM card, you can find your STC number on the contract form provided to you when you subscribed to the service.

The contract form typically contains your personal details as well as the assigned phone number.

Use MySTC App

If you have a MySTC app, you can look there for your number.

If not, you can download MySTC app from Appstore or Google Play Store for the next-time if in-case, you have forgot your STC Sim Number.

Refer to the STC Sim Card Jacket

It is obvious, once you buy a STC Sim (online or offline) you receive the Sim Card Jacket, Am I right?
