Issue 4: Gas Stove Often Goes Out Suddenly

Cause:

This problem comes from the main cause that is the burner head has too much dirt, grease, or it can be caused by the user installing the burner head in the wrong position, resulting in unstable flame production, often flickering and suddenly going out.

The copper burner is installed in the wrong position, leading to the stove often going out.

Issue 5: Not Opening the Gas Cylinder Valve

Cause:

Users forget to open the Gas Cylinder Valve, causing the gas to not flow to the stove to create a flame for cooking.

Solution:

You just need to open the gas cylinder valve and use the stove as normal. You can follow these steps to open the valve:

  • Step 1: Turn the knob on the gas cylinder counterclockwise or in the direction of the arrow with the word “OPEN“.

Just by opening the gas cylinder valve, you can use the stove as usual.

Issue 6: Gas Pipe Has No Air

Cause:

This problem is caused by the main reason that the gas pipe has no air, causing obstruction to the gas flow and resulting in the stove not igniting. The reason for this condition may be that the air is led into the pipe and accumulates for a long time, obstructing the gas flow.

Solution:

To eliminate the air in the gas pipe, repeatedly ignite it from 3 to 5 times. Make sure to slowly turn the knob and wait for about 2 seconds before igniting.

You repeat the ignition operation with the knob on the gas stove to push the air out of the gas pipe.

Issue 7: Dead Battery, Wrong Battery Polarity, Poor Contact Between Battery Ends

Cause:

For gas stoves using a battery as a power source, when the battery has problems such as being dead, wrong battery polarity, or poor contact between the two battery ends, it will be the reason why the gas stove cannot ignite.

Solution:

  • Open the battery compartment to check if the battery polarity is correct.
  • Clean the contact points of the two battery ends in the stove’s battery compartment.
  • Disassemble and replace the battery if necessary.

You open the battery compartment to check the condition of the battery and replace it if it is dead.
