However, please note that in order to make adjustments, you will need to release the pressure or completely remove the pressure gauge from the pump tube prior to operating.

  • For glass surface pressure gauges that are 63mm, 50mm, 40mm, or smaller:

    Due to their compact size, these gauges do not have a screw on the needle for adjustment. To properly adjust the needle, gently pry it out of the shaft using two flat steel bars. Once removed, position the needle at level 0 before carefully placing it back into the gauge.

If you have attempted the aforementioned method without success, it is possible that the pump tube is not effectively compressing air.

Please insert the cut repair patch into the groove for measurement. Ensure that you use adhesive to securely fasten both ends of the repair patch, forming a loop similar to a rubber band.

To ensure the effective sealing of the compressed air, carefully insert the rubber loop into the piston groove, lifting the gasket to a higher position.

Please reposition the rubber gasket of the pump to its original placement.
