One of the most affordable 350cc and the most expensive 350cc machine of Royal Enfield have everything almost same but there are some things which are different as well. Although the changes are minor but we have to point them out for making things crystal clear why the affordable one is affordable and why the expensive is expensive?
Here, I'm talking about the newly launched Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the bike which joined the portfolio back in 2020, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. Out of four 350 models in the garage of Enfield, the Meteor is the most expensive and the Hunter 350 is one of the most affordable machine in the portfolio.
Every product of RE have their own style statement, in the same way the Meteor and Hunter both have their own and both are handsome looking machines. Both have their own style which shines greatly under their own sun. The new Hunter looks fresh and young meanwhile, the Meteor flashes the mature side of the motorcycling.
What about their price?
The gap between their price is pretty huge thus things get interesting over here. The price of the newly launched
Hunter starts at 1.49 lakh and ends at 1.68 lakh and on the other hand,
Meteor's price at 2.05 lakh and the top end cost 2.21 lakh. These are the ex showroom prices of these motorcycle and you can see the difference between them.

Another interesting fact about these bikes is that hey are powered by the same engine and the fact is that the both the bikes churns out exact same amount of power and torque as well.
Hunter- 349cc single cylinder air cooled engine with 72mm of bore & 85.8mm of stroke thus the compression ratio is 9.5:1. It comes with 5 speed manual transmission, chain drive, fuel injection and BS6 emission compliant.

Meanwhile the size of the belly of Hunter is smaller than Meteor. The size of Hunter's tank is 13 litres where 2.6 litres of fuel is for reserve. on the other hand the Meteor is having 15 litres of tank with 3 litres of reserve.
