According to reports, Blac Chyna has presented Pasionaye Nguyen, the mother of Tyga, with legal documents for shared custody of their baby King Cairo. 

RadarOnline reported that the model issued Court documents to Tyga's mother as she fights with her ex-boyfriend for Custody of their kid, King Cairo.

According to court records obtained by the site, the mother of two hired a process server to find the rapper at his Los Angeles residence.

The server arrived at Tyga's West Hollywood home on September 1 and informed the court that he delivered the documents to Pasionaye Nguyen, Tyga's mother, at 7:03 PM. The "Taste" hitmaker will now have to respond to Blac Chyna's petition, allowing her custody lawsuit against Tyga to proceed in court.

Following Chyna's July 24 filing of a Petition to Determine Parental Relationship in Los Angeles Superior Court, the former couple's custody dispute has now undergone a fresh development. She reportedly requested joint custody of their 10-year-old kid from the court at the time. 

Along with that, she requested that "the court may make orders for the support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party."
