Videos circulating the internet show the moment a popular rapper fell during a performance but continued to sing after being picked up by his bodyguard. However, he collapsed a second time and had to be carried off stage.

Sadly, the 'Big Flexa' singer-rapper is believed to have died minutes after collapsing and being carried off stage while entertaining fans at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg on Saturday. The popular South African entertainer's real name is Costa Tsobanoglou but is known professionally as Costa Titch.

South African media personality Phil Mphela confirmed the news via Twitter late on Saturday evening. Mphela tweeted: “RIP: Costa Titch. The Nelspruit-born artist and dancer, real name Costa Tsobanoglou, has died. He was 27."

Titch was known for his contribution to the Amapiano genre with hits like "Big Flexa", "Nkalakatha" and "Activate". The rising star recently signed a deal with Akon's label, Konvict Kulture. Costa's death is another major loss for the South African music industry after fellow member Kiernan Forbes aka AKA was gunned down in February.
