Experience
Security Officer will be responsible for working directly with Organization staff to insure timely security affiliated support for all conditioning in agreement with specified procedures and processes
Security Officer will insure that the Security plan is effectively integrated with Organization objects and programs.
Under the guidance, advice and support of the Admin- HR Manager, Security Officer will be responsible for the following,
• insure the security, safety, and well- being of all labor force, callers, and the demesne
• Respond to exigency situations to give necessary backing to workers
• Advice staff for the field mobility in the high- threat/ sensitive areas
• Update staff on the uncertain country environment/ situation in case of any kick/ March/ strike
• Maintains Secure Environment by covering and setting structure and outfit controls
• cover the company's means relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Report suspicious exertion, felonious gets
, and security breaches
• Maintains association’s stability and character by complying with legal conditions
• Contribute to team trouble by negotiating affiliated results as demanded
• Firefighting and first aid capabilities and response to similar situation.
• Liaison with LEAs, and intelligence agencies for a close collaboration’s on the smooth functioning of the operations.
• Close collaboration with Donor security staff.
• Perform any ad hoc duty assigned by the operation
