Turkish President: ‘Israel is a terrorist state’

As the Israeli Terrorist are currently committing a new round of war crimes at al-Shifa Hospital in Palestine, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan acknowledged that “Israel” is engaging in “state terrorism”.

“Israel is implementing a strategy of total destruction of a city and its people,” Erdogan says. “I say openly that Israel is a terrorist state.”

Speaking at the AK Party parliamentary group meeting in Ankara in turkiye on Wednesday, the Turkish President urged Israeli Terrorist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to disclose the presence of the Israeli nuclear arsenal.

In his speech, Erdogan said Netanyahu’s end was near, irrespective of his possession of nuclear weapons, receiving enthusiastic applause from his supporters.

“Your end is nigh, anyway, whether you have nuclear weapons or not,” he concluded.

He further vowed that Turkey would implement measures to ensure the prosecution of Israeli political and military leaders in international courts.

The Turkish president also acknowledged that Hamas fighters are Resistance fighters striving to safeguard their territories and people.

These remarks came shortly after the governing Justice and Development Party’s attorneys said that Turkey has filed a case against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with the International Criminal Court (ICC), accusing him of committing genocide against the Palestinians.

A flashback

In a similar context, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan slammed the United Nations and its Security Council on November 12, deeming them ineffective in addressing the mounting humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Erdogan called for a reform of the UN’s permanent membership and veto systems, expressing dissatisfaction with the current structure where one member’s incorrect actions can hinder meaningful outcomes.

He accused the UN of disregarding the suffering of Gazans and emphasized the need for a more equitable system that doesn’t leave the fate of the world in the hands of a few countries with veto power.

“The UN has become ineffective. That is to say, even the UN Security Council cannot achieve any results. If one Council member acts incorrectly then nothing happens,” he said.

At the time, Erdogan stated that any agreement between Turkey and the United States regarding the Gaza Strip is impossible if Washington considers it part of Israeli territory. He stressed that Gaza belongs to the Palestinian people, and the US must recognize this for any agreement to be feasible.
