The important lesson to be learned in life, is falsely accusing an innocent person–no matter what their status/position in life, of the crime of murder. In the world of the mafia although yes, there is their doctrine of Omerta, but on the other hand there is also those who have chosen to step into that life willingly–of their own free will; people who have also taken maximum advantage of their position to commit heinous crimes, and then when they get busted by law enforcement, just to save their own neck, they fabricate a whole series of lies in accordance with the FBI, to keep themselves insulated from serving life-sentences.

Indeed, there are always two sides to a story; the side of the rats, and in this case, the story of Mr. Joey Melino; the reported ‘boss’ of the Philly mob. It is so important that Mr. Melino steps out and tells his side of this story–stories of how he escaped false imprisonment, and false-witness testimony from criminal fons who committed heinous crimes against their fellow Italians and civilians, alike.

The one important point which I want to make clear, is as follows: Do I think Mr. Melino is a perfect little angel? No, I do not. However… I do not think it is the least bit fair, righteous or just to legally brutalize a person just because one has the means and opportunity to do so–especially with the assistance of America’s crooked-run FBI; an outfit which has been found to have employed underhanded tactics to get innocent people locked up, based upon trumped-up charges, and because this federal outfit has virtually unlimited resources, to make that happen. Period.
