We Kidnap Our Mother And Last Brother, Harvest Their Eyes, Nose For Ritual Purposes- Brothers Confess

The Ogun State Police command detectives, in response to a report filed at the State headquarters, have successfully apprehended two individuals involved in the tragic act of killing their mother and younger Brother for ritualistic purposes.

The prevalence of ritual killings in the country has reached an alarming level, causing great concern among law enforcement agencies and the general public. Consequently, the police and other security forces have been actively engaged in efforts to apprehend these ritual killers and ensure they face the full force of the law for their barbaric and reprehensible deeds.

The two brothers, Ayomide Bankole and Taiwo Bankolo, were taken into custody on the 18th of May at their hideout in Ishiri, a region within the state. Festus, their uncle, reported the disappearance of the woman and her youngest son, who had been missing for almost a week. Subsequent investigations led to the grim discovery of the lifeless bodies of the woman and her son in the forest.

Prompted by this distressing find, the police launched an extensive investigation, which conclusively determined that the incomplete remains of the woman were the result of her two sons' actions. The brothers had callously sold the body parts to individuals involved in ritualistic practices. The fugitive siblings were ultimately apprehended at a hotel in Ishire and subsequently presented at the State Police headquarters. During questioning, both individuals confessed to the crime and provided the police with detailed accounts of how they carried out the heinous act, resulting in the death of their mother and younger brother.
